| Explanation | A change can be requested by means of a request for change (RFC), provided that the change falls within the agreements made. If not, the change first requires a change in the agreement. If the modification is considered to be a change, the modification will result in an update of the managed infrastructure register (MIR). Change Management relates to the verb 'change' in the USM process model. |
