USM Wiki - Companion to the USM Portal
The Unified Service Management method (USM) is a universal methodical approach for service management. The USM method provides a standardized management system for a service organization of any size, in any line of business, to manage its people, its processes, its technology, and its services, based on an explicit service management architecture. For example, USM has been adopted as the foundation for the NORA Basic Concept of Service Delivery, for the Dutch public sector.
USM does this by explicitly specifying a service management architecture for the service provider's management system. That management system supports the concept of the link, for any supply chain, solving the organizational interoperability challenge of complex service ecosystems. This wiki contains information on the artifacts and structure of the USM method.
