The Unified Service Management method (USM) is a universal methodical approach for service management. The USM method provides a standardized management system for a service organization of any size, in any line of business, to manage its people, its processes, its technology, and its services, based on an explicit service management architecture. That management system supports the concept of a link, for any supply chain, solving the organizational interoperability challenge of complex service ecosystems. This site contains information on the artifacts and structure of the USM method.
