Priority table
From USM Wiki
Preferred Term | Priority table |
---|---|
Definition | A table showing the priority classes used, with their codes and descriptions. |
Acronym | |
Explanation | USM doesn't prescribe how to construct a priority table, so this is a local decision. Priorities can be constructed along several meaningful routes.
A simple priority table could be based on priority classed as in MoSCoW (Must have, Should have, Could have, Would have). A popular example of a priority table with more detailed priority classes is based on a combinations of impact and urgency. A priority table has an associated priority value table. |
