Explanation | Calls include wishes (complaints), requests for change (RFCs), incidents (failure reports), service requests and risks. Internal staff and suppliers can also submit calls, for their own objectives or on behalf of a customer or user. A call can be automated, so a call can also be submitted by a system or an engine. |
